About Covid 19

To mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in Pennsylvania, Commonwealth employees who work in Dauphin County and the Capitol Complex have been directed to work from home if they are able to do so beginning MONDAY, MARCH 16, 2020 and extending for a period of 14 days. Please be advised that most of our employees have only limited ability to work from home. Moreover, our building will not be accessible to the general public, including couriers, and we will not be in a position to receive mail deliveries. ACCORDINGLY, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING NEW DEBT PROCEEDINGS UNTIL TUESDAY, MARCH 31, AT THE EARLIEST.

In the meantime, we will continue to use our best efforts to review debt proceedings that were filed before today, and notify you accordingly of their status. Please accept this as formal acknowledgment of our receipt of the following proceedings which are currently under review or pending approval:
